Job Description:

General office support: maintain supplies, copying, faxing, scanning, answering phones

Process incoming & outgoing mail

Assist our team to service clients: submission and follow up of documents, phone interfacing, email correspondence, scheduling meetings

Data entry for lead tracking and CRM

Prepare and run reports for production

Work directly with the Director of Operations

Redtail & eMoney experience is a plus!

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2-5 years of experience working in a professional environment

Type 50-60 WPM

Phone and client interfacing experience

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a team

Excellent organizational skills

Quick learner

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Must maintain a professional appearance

Critical thinking skills and good judgement

Must be able to pass a background check
