Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist

Logistics Company in Santa Ana, CA is looking for a full time Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist who has experience in the trucking and transportation business.

Responsibilities:

Domestic and International Billing
Post customer payments
Follow up on collection and allocate payments
Make collection calls on past due accounts
Monitor customer account details for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities
Research and resolve payment discrepancies
Process credit card payments
Generate age analysis
Investigate and resolve customer queries
Bank/Credit card reconciliation
Recording journal entries

Requirements:
Trucking and Transportation Billing is a must
SAGE accounting software experience is preferred
Minimum of 2 years corporate collection experience
Minimum of 2 years accounts receivable experience
History of dealing with difficult collections circumstances
Familiar with standard customer service concepts and practices
Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
