Asphalt Contractor currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join our Corporate office. Please send with your resume with your Salary Requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Manage AR and account balances of all locations to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
• Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates, mark ups, parts, etc.)
• Check the data input to ensure accuracy of final bill
• Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
• Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
• Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
• Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
• Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3+ years of construction billing experience required, including General Contractor progress billngs; Knowledge of California Lien Laws and Releases
• Microsoft Office and must be Advanced in Excel
• Excellent Customer service skills required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma
• Associate’s degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
