We have strong and experienced team leaders that will follow thru on yours loans from processing, underwriting, and funding. We want to make sure that our clients loans are closed quickly and promptly as possible so can get paid sooner since our Commissions are paid on funding.
Our Loan Officers will be receiving qualified, inbound live calls daily that are the result of either Direct Marketing Mailing Campaigns or Online Leads that call in . Your responsibilities will be the Following :
*Build rapport with Your Client
* Analyze Your Client’s financials then be able to recommend a suited loan product that meets the customer’s needs
* You’ll be able to request documents and send electronic loan package to the customer; and you’ll submit loan package and documents to the processing team.
* Must be able to accurately structure a loan application, submit with supporting documents and work with the processing team efficiently.

Job Requirements :
* Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Experiance in the Mortgage Industry
* Thorough understanding of VA, FHA, Conv, Non-QM guidelines
* NMLS SAFE ACT compliant & licensed
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to connect with customers & build relationships
* Ability to adapt, learn quickly, multi-task & create a sense of urgency
* Be able to Maintain a pipeline of 20+ loans
* Proficient with Encompass and MS (Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF, Etc.)
