Landscape Architects Office
Part-time approximately 24-30 hours per week
Job Duties:
Assists with invoicing for bi-weekly billing cycles and acts as quality control by verifying accuracy of invoices and back up.
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents and reports in timely manner as directed; specifically assigned to Contract and Addendum administration.
Interacts with staff and carries out their requests in a professional and timely manner.
Manages correspondence, answers emails and phone calls.
Able to communicate with clients in a professional manner.
General office including, filing, prepare file folders, process mail, order supplies, phone calls, letter writing.
May be asked to support, A/R, A/P, collections and other office needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
Associates degree or higher in related field
3-5 years or more general accounting and administrative assistant work experience
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet
Ability to handle confidential information
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and protocols
Ability to be at work, and on time, regularly
Able to work and support a team environment
