Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounts payable Clerk for a construction and lumber company in Anaheim.
DAILY DUTIES INCLUDE:
*Matching invoices with Purchase orders and packing slips
*Verify Pricing and quantity billed
*Research, track, and resolve invoice pricing issues with sales and vendors
*Invoice entry 1,300-2,000 + per month
*Distribute invoices and mail
*Record daily batch log
*Update batches
*Assist vendors with questions on outstanding invoices
*Review statements to ensure proper payments to vendors
*Work with other departments to ensure their A/P needs are met
*Assist others as needed
*Computer skills-Outlook-Word-Excel
*10-Key
8:30am-5:00pm, ½ hour lunch
$18-$19/hour
Some OT required but authorized as needed
