Hi, thank you for looking! Our family business is looking for someone experienced in bookkeeping/accounts payable/data entry to help us 1-2 days per week to keep our Quickbooks up to date, pay invoices, file invoices, input data, and help with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
We run a chain of hotel gift shops in the Anaheim Resort Area.
We’re looking for someone to work 10am – 3pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Or work a whole day on Thursday. Our schedule is flexible. We can work with your scheduling needs.
More hours are available if you’re open to filling other small business hats such as order fulfillment and inventory management.
Pay is $14.50 – 15.50 based on experience.
