We have an immediate opportunity for a Collections Clerk with a busy company in Orange. This is for an established, PCI compliant medical/healthcare billing service located in Orange, CA.

REQUIREMENTS: Minimum one year experience in a high call, telephone environment. Healthcare experience and/or bilingual a plus. High level of customer service required. FDCPA knowledge a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Telephone debt collection via outbound and inbound calls. All notes logged in CRS (fico) system. No dialer.

Weekly call goals vary based on contact rate, inbound calls, and skip tracing. Focus on medical, dental, car insurance, and bail bonds industries

SCHEDULE: M – F 8am – 5pm

PAY RATE: $15-$16, based on experience. Bonus structure offered based on call goal volume.
