The Role
The firm seeks an Experienced Bookkeeper candidate to work in our Client Accounting Services department.

The right candidate will be willing and able to:
• Complete efficient and effective month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, journal entry adjustments, and ensuring proper and accurate posting of revenue, expense, fixed assets, accrual and prepaid schedules, and balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
• Recognize, anticipate, and resolve accounting issues and make recommendations
• Adapt to the company’s practices, policies, and culture

What You’ll Need:
• 3 + years of relevant experience and possess working knowledge of accounting
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Diligent work ethic and dedicated to providing superior client service
• Possess integrity, be trustworthy, dependable, and a team player with a cooperative attitude
• Excellent communication skills – oral, written, and interpersonal with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical and general quantitative skills, with an attention to detail
• Experience in managing multiple client engagements at the same time
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is required
• Proficient knowledge of bill.com a plus
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
